- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation ROI and market impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for resource allocation
- Build and mentor an elite innovation lab team of 10+ specialists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
