- Present findings to stakeholders at global tech summits
- Build and lead a 15-person innovation lab
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Proven track record in quantum/AI commercialization
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 0 to 100+
- Expertise in agile methodologies for emerging tech
- Strong patents portfolio (5+ granted)
