Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, researchers, and designers
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grant proposals
- Drive patent development with 10+ filings annually in emerging tech domains
- Present breakthrough innovations at global tech summits and industry conferences
- Mentor junior talent through our Future Leaders incubation program
- Collaborate with government agencies on national technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced materials
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($1M+)
- Fluency in emerging tech policy frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for C-suite and stakeholder audiences
