- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum, biotech, and neuromorphic computing
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and EU Horizon 2030 initiatives
- Present disruptive concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital consortiums
- Oversee P&L for $15M innovation portfolio with 40% YoY growth targets
- Mentor next-gen engineers in exponential technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in C-suite strategy roles
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech commercialization
- Track record of launching products with >$100M ARR in regulated sectors
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech domains
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Tier 3 federal credentials
- PhD in Computational Physics, Bioengineering, or equivalent field
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
