- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $5M for experimental initiatives
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers in future-focused methodologies
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in strategic foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology landscape (AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech)
- Experience managing R&D budgets >$3M and cross-functional teams of 20+
