- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grant acquisition
- Drive product lifecycle from conceptual ideation to market launch
- Establish KPIs for innovation impact and ROI on futuristic technologies
- Mentor talent in emerging tech domains through FutureVision's incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough technologies with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and research partners
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals/conferences
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, ICP)
