Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with proven 5+ year strategic planning cycles
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI or quantum computing
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech development
- Track record of securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture capital
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI model optimization
- Experience with ISO 26000 and ESG compliance in tech innovation
