- Manage $2M annual R&D budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Curate and mentor a 10-person innovation task force

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Studies
- Published author in tech innovation or foresight methodologies
- Experience scaling innovation programs from concept to commercialization
