Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for 2026-era challenges in quantum AI, climate resilience, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary sprints with robotics, biotech, and aerospace teams
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Prototype and validate breakthrough innovations using our $50M R&D sandbox
- Secure patents for at least 3 novel technologies annually
- Mentor a team of 8+ specialists in exponential technologies
- Present findings at global forums like World Economic Forum Davos
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Systems Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated expertise
- 10+ years leading R&D initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technologies
- Proficiency in simulating 2026 scenarios using Monte Carlo methods
- Track record of commercializing exponential technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance for government innovation partnerships
