Responsibilities

- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical AI adoption and digital transformation
- Secure strategic partnerships with research labs and academic institutions
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic product development
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic solutions to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or Futures Thinking
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption trends
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
