Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar professional designation preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with agile development methodologies for innovation projects
- Prior experience in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem required
