Responsibilities
- Architect scalable frameworks for 2026-era immersive experiences (AR/VR/XR)
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-entangled neural interfaces
- Develop ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Coordinate with biotech teams on brain-computer integration
- Design decentralized identity systems for metaverse economies
- Drive commercialization of prototype technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or spatial computing
- Proven track record deploying commercial-scale immersive systems
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals (2019-2023)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Neuroscience, or Physics
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and WebAssembly
