Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the Nexus 2026 ecosystem, ensuring scalability and security for future loads.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies such as Quantum AI and Neural Interfaces.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering department to ensure long-term viability.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Act as a mentor to senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions that drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, preferably in high-scale fintech or AI environments.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
