- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of long-term strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading long-term projects and defining roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and AR/VR.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on future-proofing solutions.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
