Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with long-term vision
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation governance
- Present future scenario analyses to stakeholders and drive decision-making processes
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adopting forward-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them to actionable plans
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong background in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
