As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and external futurists to identify paradigm-shifting technologies. You'll translate complex data into actionable strategies while fostering a culture of innovation that anticipates market shifts before they happen.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and their market impact by 2026
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce predictive reports on industry disruption vectors
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into current development cycles
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor junior strategists in trend synthesis and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, neurotech, decentralized systems)
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurist or technology publications
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives from ideation to execution
