Responsibilities
- Design scalable technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital ecosystems integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future tech disruptors and market opportunities
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration models
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen interfaces and sustainable tech solutions
- Author thought leadership papers on technological singularity preparation and digital governance
- Advocate for inclusive innovation practices in emerging technology adoption
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical impacts on digital infrastructure
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in future tech strategy or innovation roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or decentralized systems
- Published research or patents in AI ethics, climate tech, or human-computer interaction
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of ISO 26000, IEEE 7000, and emerging tech governance frameworks
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q# preferred)
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent practical experience)
