Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype 2026-era human-AI interaction systems using quantum neural networks
- Lead research initiatives in autonomous decision-making frameworks for complex socio-technical systems
- Develop ethical governance models for emergent technologies including synthetic biology and quantum AI
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to optimize next-gen encryption protocols
- Design cross-reality interfaces bridging physical, augmented, and virtual environments
- Advise C-suite executives on technological disruption vectors and strategic innovation roadmaps
- Pioneer closed-loop systems integrating IoT, biometrics, and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Cognitive Neuroscience with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic AI architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-computer interaction or emergent technologies
- Proven track record scaling autonomous systems beyond current technological boundaries
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and topological quantum computing
- Certification in ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams across biotech, nanotechnology, and AI domains
