Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record scaling quantum-resistant encryption systems for Fortune 100
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI governance or sustainable tech (2019-2024)
