Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization

- Expertise in agile methodologies for long-term tech forecasting
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future-tech topics
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Q, Microsoft Quantum)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ futuristic products launched in the last 5 years
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
