Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning for geopolitical, climate, and market disruptions affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Chair quarterly innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members securing $500M+ innovation budget
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and national labs for trend intelligence
- Author annual 'State of 2026' industry report positioning company as thought leader
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Academy fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, tech innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record developing 5+ year roadmaps for disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum, AGI governance, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tiered publications
- Executive-level presentation skills with 50+ keynote engagements
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
