Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market transformation
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics) using proprietary foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight analytics team
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and at global conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of disrupting markets with predictive strategy models
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD, APF) preferred
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams in tech-forward environments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
