Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2024-2026 horizon) to identify high-impact opportunities and risks
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on innovation priorities and implementation roadmaps
- Produce annual 2026 Tech Horizon Report with predictive analytics and actionable recommendations
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing operations, talent acquisition, and market expansion
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to track cutting-edge developments
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption scenarios
