Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop predictive scenario models for global sustainability and human augmentation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Author strategic whitepapers on quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate resilience
- Advise C-suite on long-term R&D allocation and innovation portfolio management
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into market opportunities
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
