Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future-proof capabilities
- Author white papers and thought leadership documents on sustainable tech ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate DNA
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technological adoption cycles
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for responsible technological deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFrA) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published futurist frameworks or trend reports
- Experience with strategic roadmapping tools (e.g., Horizons, Foresight Platform)
