Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026-2030 horizons
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps for future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and priorities
- Conduct scenario planning and risk analysis for disruptive technology adoption
- Author thought leadership reports and executive briefings on future innovation paradigms
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, technology forecasting, or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or climate tech trends
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Scenario Planning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership on future technology disruption
- Experience working with global Fortune 500 organizations
