- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizations and innovation ecosystems
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership positioning Horizon Dynamics as an industry authority
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product development pipelines
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic variables to forecast market opportunities and risks
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (MS/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or business strategy publications
