Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops addressing climate resilience and AI governance
- Produce annual 'Future Horizon' reports with market-defining predictions
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen automation and neural interfaces
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for quantum-secure communications
- Present strategic briefings to executive boards and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior futurists on trend analysis and foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology consulting
- Published thought leadership on 4IR implications (blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools and predictive modeling platforms
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in ambiguous environments
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and sustainable development frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
