- Architect strategic frameworks for organizations preparing for 2026 workforce automation and societal shifts
- Present trend briefings to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Manage a portfolio of innovation partnerships with leading research institutions
- Author thought leadership content positioning our company as the 2026 thought leader
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of accurately predicting technological and societal trends
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
