- Produce trend briefings and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and emerging competitive threats
- Champion future-proofing initiatives across product development and operations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategic projects
