Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast industry transformations through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for AI ethics, biotech regulation, and sustainable tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with emerging market opportunities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough innovations in quantum computing, neurotech, and climate tech
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and integrate emerging startups
- Represent company at global futurist summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology adoption strategy
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and AI-powered trend analysis platforms
