Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 strategic vision across emerging tech verticals
- Analyze disruptive technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, AGI) for market readiness
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Produce trend reports and scenario planning documents for investor briefings
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and policy summits
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu.io, Scenariio)
- Experience with policy advisory for national tech initiatives
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems
- Fluency in futures literacy frameworks and methodologies
