Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and societal trends to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for long-term growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-focused thinking into product development
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Monitor horizon scanning outputs and synthesize actionable intelligence
- Champion organizational adoption of adaptive strategy methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects
