As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts. You'll translate complex data into actionable strategies while fostering a culture of innovation that thrives on calculated risks.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to predict 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and industry forecasts
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing future-focused strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or forecasts
