Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive forces and opportunities in 2026+ markets
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects with billion-dollar potential
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Represent the company at global future-focused forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (Singularity University preferred)
- Proven track record of executing long-term strategic initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technological disruption
