Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic vision frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen products/services
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and market disruptors
- Translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for long-term strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies with 5+ year horizons
- Present future-state visions to C-suite and board members with compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal/economic impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio of published future-state analyses or thought leadership pieces
