- Produce whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging industry paradigms
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging sectors
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic adoption success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or disruptive innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Advanced certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational strategy
- Mastery of strategic forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
