Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive modeling and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Scenarios' workshops with C-suite executives to stress-test innovation strategies
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment in post-quantum landscapes
- Author white papers that define emerging sectors (neurotech, climate AI, synthetic biology)
- Represent our firm at Davos, SXSW, and global innovation summits as a thought leader
- Mentor a team of 3 futurists while maintaining a 95% client satisfaction rate
- Identify and secure $5M+ in R&D partnerships with NASA, MIT, and ETH Zurich
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Complex Systems, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Published author in Technology Review or peer-reviewed journals on exponential tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing simulation platforms
- Portfolio of implemented future forecasts with measurable impact (minimum 3 case studies)
- Deep expertise in Singularity University curriculum and Long-Term Future Fund principles
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Security clearance or experience with classified innovation initiatives preferred
- Exceptional public speaking record at TED-level conferences
