Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation framework across AI, biotech, and renewable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities and market disruptions
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership team
- Manage relationships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D partners
- Drive ethical technology adoption frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Mentor a team of future-focused analysts and strategists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Futurism with 10+ years strategic planning experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and market disruption analysis
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience managing innovation portfolios with $50M+ budgets
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology strategy
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Austin)
