- Collaborate with C-suite to future-proof organizational capabilities and talent models
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline with rapid prototyping of next-gen solutions
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, climate, and tech disruption risks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Experience scaling innovation labs across global markets
