Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present compelling narratives to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations and storytelling
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed future-thinking across the organization
- Publish thought leadership in whitepapers and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market opportunities
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, scenario planning)
- Strong background in AI/ML, sustainable tech, or exponential technologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 future-oriented initiatives brought to market
