- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation products/services aligned with future trends
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and industry publications
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and emerging tech adoption
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological indicators affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or space economy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
