- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging innovations (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Champion innovation culture through workshops, thought leadership, and stakeholder education
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize future-focused R&D initiatives
- Analyze geopolitical and demographic trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Present future scenarios to executive teams and board members with data-backed recommendations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
