- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Author quarterly 'Future Briefs' on disruptive innovations for executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation readiness across 15 global business units
- Curate annual 'Future Tech Summit' featuring thought leaders from MIT, SingularityU, and NASA
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (STEEP, Delphi, cross-impact matrices)
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Track record of influencing organizational strategy through future scenario planning
- Certification in Foresight Methodology preferred
