Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year innovation roadmaps integrating quantum AI, climate tech, and neuro-interface developments
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Analyze global megatrends (demographic shifts, resource scarcity, AI ethics) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Translate foresight research into executive-level strategic recommendations with clear ROI projections
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI symbiosis in next-generation workplaces
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through immersive data storytelling and scenario planning workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record in scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate modeling, or neurotech
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent foresight methodology (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives with $50M+ budgets
- Published thought leadership on 4th Industrial Revolution impacts (Harvard Business Review/MIT Sloan preferred)
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution with focus on technology strategy
