Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning models for quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including neurointerfaces and climate engineering
- Author white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences and policy summits
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and nurture 2026-era startups
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments impacting future innovation horizons
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses in peer-reviewed journals or major publications
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, clean energy)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for complex future scenarios
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or SFI) preferred
