Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping future scenarios for AI ethics, biotech convergence, and spatial computing
- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps validated by patent analytics and academic research
- Prototype future interfaces using AR/VR tools and generative AI for stakeholder validation
- Advise C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in decentralized systems and autonomous ecosystems
- Build strategic alliances with academic labs and government innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary expertise
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or emerging technology forecasting
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, technology roadmapping)
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or future-oriented product concepts
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI safety)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Flourish) and generative AI platforms
- Track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
