Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop data-driven innovation roadmaps aligning with 5-year strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market conditions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness
- Curate thought leadership content on future-focused topics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
