Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology foresight framework using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops identifying disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, neurotech, and synthetic biology
- Produce executive briefings on emerging regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of future tech
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-AI interfaces and biometric systems
- Represent Horizon Labs at Davos, World Economic Forums, and academic symposia
- Build a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent professional certification
- 5+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or recognized innovation labs
- Published research on technological singularity or human augmentation ethics
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks and quantum computing applications
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial ventures
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi method, causal layered analysis, and STEEP modeling
- Exceptional public speaking with 50+ keynote presentations at global conferences
