Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify and validate emerging trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and publish annual FutureState 2026 strategic foresight reports
- Design innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and disruption preparedness
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex foresight into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Present findings to stakeholders including boards, investors, and government bodies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of publishing trend-forecasting with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and disruption analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation implementations
- Experience advising C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
